what is the best program to use to incorporate music into your film, and what is the best way to get it?

I use Guitar Pro to compose MIDIs in tablature form.
I use Sound Forge and Creative Wavestudio by Creative technologies to edit .wav files.
I use ReBirth to create techno beats in .wav form.
Together, along with live music I composed and record in .wav format, i can combine all of these into fucking original movie music.
